James Zago
Owner & President
James, a dynamic construction executive and Professional Engineer with over 15 years of progressive construction experience leading multi-million-dollar infrastructure, civil, and institutional projects throughout British Columbia and Canada. He has demonstrated success in managing local and remote, logistically challenging projects – optimizing safety, quality, and stakeholder collaboration at all phases. Proven ability to deliver projects under tight timelines and in demanding environments; and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and regulatory compliance. James is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and construction quality.
His career began in the field, evolving into leadership roles following his graduation with Distinction in Integrated Engineering from UBC. With deep expertise across delivery models including Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and Construction Management, James brings a sharp eye for constructability, financial forecasting, and quality assurance to every project.
